- Internal condensation is the seal, not the room. We replace the unit and the cavity is sealed again.

- Roof and side units, including solar control glass so a conservatory stops becoming unusable in summer.

- Yes — that is exactly what a sealed unit replacement is. The frame, sills, reveals, tiles and decoration all stay in place. We only remove and refit the glass.
- Every unit is priced individually, because size, cavity and glass specification all affect the cost. Your free survey gives you a fixed, itemised price per unit, so there are no surprises once we start.
- Surveys are usually booked within a few days. Units are made to size in one to two weeks, and fitting itself normally takes under an hour per window.
- All three, old and new. We measure or template the opening, so the new unit is made to the frame that is already there — not to a standard size.
- We match the cavity, tint, coating and any obscure pattern as closely as we can, and we tell you at the survey if an exact match is not possible before you commit to anything.
- Five to ten years on the sealed unit depending on the glass specified, plus our workmanship guarantee on the fitting itself. Every supply and installation we carry out is also covered by an insurance-backed guarantee, so the cover is backed by an insurer rather than resting on us alone.
